Kanha

Kanha is a California gummy maker. Its Kanha Sutra line includes Sunshine Bliss, a THC-free kanna gummy.

Kanha Sutra Sunshine Bliss kanna gummies

Sunshine Bliss gummies contain 35mg of kanna per gummy and come in 4 and 12 count packs. There are two versions: the original flavor and Raspberry Rose.

What is kanna?

Kanna is Sceletium tortuosum, a succulent plant native to South Africa. It contains alkaloids such as mesembrine, and it is not a cannabis plant: kanna gummies contain no CBD or THC unless they are labeled with them. Kanna products are sold as extracts in gummies, tablets and powders.

How to compare kanna gummies

• Kanna per gummy: Sunshine Bliss lists 35mg per gummy. Other brands list anywhere from a few milligrams to more, so compare per gummy, not per pack.
• Count: 4 or 12 gummies per pack here.
• Extract type: check whether the label gives the kanna extract amount or a standardized alkaloid amount.
• Other ingredients: some kanna gummies add botanicals, mushrooms or cannabinoids; Sunshine Bliss is THC-free.
• Lab report: check the batch and test date on each product page.
