Understanding mushroom products
There are more than 14,000 known species of mushrooms. Brands use extracts from certain species, often blended with other botanicals, to make gummies, chocolates, syrups and vapes. Flavorings and sweeteners give these products a fruit or dessert taste rather than an earthy mushroom flavor. What a product contains depends on the brand, so read each ingredient panel: some list amanita muscaria extract, while others list blends of mushroom extracts and other botanicals. TRĒ House states that its mushroom products contain no psilocybin or amanita muscaria extract.

- Mushroom gummies: TRĒ House Extra-Strength gummies (10 count, in flavors such as Sour Apple, Juicy Mango and Watermelon Wonder), CBDfx Microdose gummies (15 count), Road Trip Desert Stardust gummies and Hometown Hero Magic Amanita Muscaria gummies (4 count).
- Mushroom chocolate: TRĒ House Extra-Strength chocolate bars, divided into 15 squares, in Chocolate Milk, Cookies & Cream, Fruity Cereal, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Crunch.
- Mushroom syrup: TRĒ House syrups with 23 servings per bottle, in Strawberry Gelato and Galaxy Grape.
- Mushroom vapes: TRĒ House Microdose 2g vape pens in Mango Smoothie, Apple Tart, Pink Lemonade and Blue Jello.
How to compare mushroom products
- Ingredients: amanita muscaria, other mushroom extracts, added botanicals, and whether any THC is included.
- Amount per piece: compare the mg per gummy, square or serving on the label, not just the pack size.
- Count: packs range from 4 to 15 pieces, and syrups list servings per bottle.
- Lab report: check which compounds the report actually measures and that the batch matches your product.
