HVPPY Melties are kanna tablets that dissolve under the tongue. Each tablet contains 12.5mg of kanna extract (Sceletium tortuosum), listed on the label as Seraphyt 100, and they come in pouches of 15. The report does not measure kanna alkaloid content, so the 12.5mg amount comes from the label only. HVPPY posts the same report (same batch and sample number) for SANNAS Mood Melts, which have the same 12.5mg amount and the same other ingredients.
Directions
Per the HVPPY label: place one tablet under the tongue and let it dissolve. Wait at least 45 minutes between servings.

Consult a medical professional before taking this or any supplement. The label says not to drive or operate heavy machinery while taking it, and not to take it if pregnant, lactating, or taking SSRIs, MAOIs or other prescription medications. It carries a California Prop 65 warning.
