Full Spectrum CBD
Full spectrum CBD products use hemp extract that keeps the plant's range of cannabinoids and terpenes, including trace Delta 9 THC. This collection lists full spectrum products from many brands.
Full spectrum, broad spectrum or isolate?
Full spectrum hemp extract keeps the plant's range of cannabinoids, including trace Delta 9 THC (up to 0.3% by dry weight under the federal hemp definition). Broad spectrum extract keeps other cannabinoids but has the THC removed. CBD isolate is CBD on its own, with the other cannabinoids filtered out.
Types of full spectrum CBD
- Oils and tinctures: from 250mg bottles up to 6000mg and higher, including CBG, CBN and RSO oils.
- Gummies: CBD, CBD + CBG and CBD + CBN gummies, many in 30-count jars.
- Capsules and softgels: fixed mg per piece.
- Topicals: balms, salves, creams, lotions, roll-ons and massage oils.
- Pet and horse products: pet oils, horse pellets, oil and chews.
- Water-soluble drops, vape juice and hemp smokes.
How to compare full spectrum CBD
- Compare mg per serving and the total per container.
- Check the lab report's Delta 9 THC figure; some products here are labeled Delta 9 THC gummies or oils with higher THC.
- Note minor cannabinoids (CBG, CBN, CBC) listed on the report.
